Minnetonka Schools Named ‘Best’ in Minnesota by Niche.com in 2022 Rankings

Minnetonka Public Schools has again been recognized as the #1 Best School District, #1 Best High School, #1 Best Teachers and #1 Best Places to Teach among public schools in Minnesota by Niche.com as part of the publication’s 2022 Best Schools rankings. Minnetonka has also been ranked #59 nationally for Best School District out of more than 10,772 public school districts nationwide. All nine schools and the District overall received A+ or A rankings.

Niche.com’s methodology combines rigorous analysis of key statistics from the U.S. Department of Education—including test scores, graduation rates, SAT/ACT scores, reviews from students and parents, and more to determine school rankings. 

Minnetonka High School was ranked #3 among Best College Prep Public High Schools in MN and #5 in Best High Schools for Athletes among public schools in MN.

Dream Makers Event Raises More than $313k for Minnetonka Schools

Earlier this year, the Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation hosted its most successful Dream Makers fundraising gala yet! The February event was sold out weeks in advance and $313,571 dollars were raised–the proceeds of which will go toward funding grants for teachers and programs at Minnetonka Schools.
